This Lithograph print by Nathaniel Currier is based on Garneray’s painting of the same name. It depicts the pursuit of a large whale, and the large mountains echo the shape of the whale's tail, and the rolling waves add to the drama. The original was oil based and created in 1852. Some wear on the frame, but excellent overall condition! Measurements shown in photos.
